Plain-language summary: ZEE9 is a Discord bot you add to your server. Use it within Discord's rules, don't abuse it, and understand it's provided as-is. Premium is billed by Discord. You can remove the bot any time.

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding ZEE9 (the "Bot") to a Discord server or using its dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, to use the Service. If you add the Bot to a server, you represent that you have permission to manage that server.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or Discord policy; harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute malware or spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including excessive automated requests).

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium features are offered on a per-server basis. Billing, payment processing, and refunds for premium subscriptions are handled entirely by Discord through its monetization system. ZEE9 does not process, store, or have access to your payment details. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled according to Discord's subscription terms. Server owners may also receive complimentary premium grants at the operator's discretion.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Features described on our site may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Discord and may retrieve content from third-party sources (for example, music streamed from external platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATORS OF ZEE9 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user or server that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
