Plain-language summary: ZEE9 stores only what it needs to run features you turn on — things like server settings, XP counts, and moderation logs. We don't sell your data. You can have it deleted by removing the bot or asking us.

1. Who we are

ZEE9 ("we", "us", the "Bot") is a Discord bot and accompanying web dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. By using the Service you consent to this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the features a server enables:

Discord identifiers: server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs, and usernames — used to apply settings and target actions.
Configuration: the settings you choose in the dashboard (welcome messages, auto-mod rules, plugin toggles, etc.).
Feature data: depending on enabled plugins — XP/level counts, economy balances, warnings and moderation case logs, ticket records, giveaway/poll entries, tag content, and scheduled messages.
Authentication data: when you log into the dashboard via Discord OAuth, we store a session token and the list of servers you can manage. We request only the identify and guilds scopes.

We do not collect the content of your direct messages, and we do not store payment or card information — premium billing is handled entirely by Discord.

3. How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the Service: applying your configuration, running enabled features, displaying information in the dashboard, and maintaining premium entitlement status. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored in a database controlled by the bot operator. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure. Access tokens are stored to keep you logged in and expire over time.

5. Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, communicating with Discord's API) or as required by law. Music playback may send search queries to third-party platforms to retrieve audio.

6. Data retention & deletion

Configuration and feature data persist while the Bot is in your server so your settings are preserved. You can request deletion of a server's data by removing the Bot and contacting us through our support server, or an administrator can reset specific data through the dashboard. Session tokens expire automatically.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us through our support server and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
